Andersen Corporation in Locust Grove, GA seeks an experienced Electro/Mech Technician to troubleshoot and optimize production equipment, including PLCs, drives, servo, HMI and CNC systems. You will mentor technicians and drive safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes electrical safety, MES integration, and hands-on leadership to support efficient production and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent past work experience.
• 10 years experience in related fields strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC and electromechanical aspects of manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including PLCs, Drives, Servo, HMI and CNC systems.
• Maintain electrical safety programs and mentor other technicians.
• Monitor, control and improve manufacturing processes to meet customer needs.
• Assist in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document work and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
