Andersen Corporation seeks an Electro/Mechanical Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, following NFPA 79 safety standards. You will work with PLCs, drives, servo systems, HMIs, CNCs and MES integration, mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

Join a team of skilled technicians, support maintenance tasks, and help ensure safe, reliable production across our Minnesota facilities. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and electromechanical issues
• Read prints including mechanical, fluid power, electrical
• Readier for high-pressure production environments
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of safety practices such as lockout/tagout and PPE
• Panel building and machine building experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions and drives, PLCs, sensors, and safety systems
• Operate and upgrade machine controls via touch screens and software
• Coordinate parts orders and manage inventory
• Perform preventative maintenance and document work
• Assist in TPM deployment
• Collaborate with management to schedule and complete tasks
