Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks an Electro/Mechanical Technician II for the 2nd shift in Cottage Grove, MN. You will troubleshoot complex production equipment, apply NFPA 79 electrical safety, and work with PLCs, drives, servo, HMI, CNC, and MES systems.

Leadership and mentoring of peers are part of the role. You'll perform preventive maintenance, order parts, and coordinate with management to plan repairs, while adhering to safety standards and using test equipment and hand tools in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2 Year degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5 Years experience in related fields or equivalent.
• Strong PLC and electromechanical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
• Maintain safety systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Order parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with management for repairs.
• Mentor other technicians and support TPM objectives.
