Job summary
Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Construction Manager - Electrical to lead electrical construction projects across the Northeast and Central regions. The role requires residence in eligible states and travel up to 75% to support project and construction activities.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience with journeyman/master electrician or related leadership backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years electrical construction experience.
- Alternate: Associate degree with 7+ years experience in electrical construction.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years electrical construction, field service or commissioning experience.
- Journeyman/Master Electrician or related background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and risk across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with design/field teams to deliver cost-effective, constructible solutions.
- Oversee safety, QA/QC, JSA, lockout/tagout and progress reporting across sites.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget execution and client turnover.
