Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent for our Advanced Facilities team. You will lead safety culture on site, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and manage self-perform work and budgets on complex projects across data centers, industrial facilities and manufacturing.

Candidates should have 5+ years of construction experience and at least 3 years in field supervision; a high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of field supervision.
• Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety culture on site and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversee project staff, budgets, and QA/QC.
• Develop work plans and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, design team, and authorities.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
