Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage, and execute assigned projects with some complexity, focusing on safety, scheduling, and cost control. You will coordinate material and equipment, supervise staff, and ensure documentation aligns with project goals for timely, profitable completion.

The role requires 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years of field supervision, with a High School diploma or GED and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in construction

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project's schedule, budget, and cost reporting.
