Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent in the Advanced Facilities Group to lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, and oversee project budgets and schedules on complex Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

The role requires coordinating field operations, driving Lean practices, and ensuring quality through 사, QA/QC processes with cross-functional teams. Travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Safety culture leadership and injury-prevention focus.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and overall job/workflow.
• Experience overseeing safety, quality and EEO programs on projects.
• Developing work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and program coordination.
• Creates and manages project schedules and cost reports.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control and progress meetings.
• Supports project closeouts and documentation.
