Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects within our Advanced Facilities group. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure documentation and schedules align with project goals for timely, profitable completion.

The role requires strong field supervision, effective communication, and the ability to manage budgets, safety, quality, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, and QA programs.
• Develop work plans and schedules.
• Attend progress and OAC meetings.
• Monitor project budget with PM.
• Ensure quality via specs and QA/QC.
• Coordinate project closeouts.
