Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced project leader to drive safety culture and manage complex construction initiatives. You will oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and proactive risk management on Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience; 5+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury-free environment; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participate in OAC meetings.
• Create, manage and adjust project schedules with PM; monitor budget/costs.
