Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Austin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, manage P&L, and ensure client satisfaction from initiation through closeout.

The role interacts with Branch Managers and field leadership to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards, while mentoring Project Managers and expanding major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in electrical construction or related projects.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-value projects through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; progression acceptable.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple programs, ensuring schedule alignment and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L including budgets, forecasting, margin optimization and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as primary executive-level client contact; build long-term relationships.
• Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and change management.
