Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver the company’s largest, most complex electrical construction programs. You will own the P&L, craft strategies, manage multi‑discipline teams, and serve as the executive liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction or related project environments.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, high‑value projects from initiation through closeout.
• Accountability for project financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑phase or mission‑critical projects (industrial/large commercial).
• Leading contract strategy and change management, risk evaluation, and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing executive‑level client relationships and long‑term account development.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple programs ensuring contracts, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgets, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams including sequencing, staffing, and resources.
• Serve as the primary executive‑level contact for clients, GCs, and stakeholders; maintain long‑term relationships.
• Lead contract strategy, negotiation, change orders, and complex dispute resolution.
• Drive cost control, productivity improvements, and margin protection initiatives.
• Oversee procurement for major equipment, subcontractors, and vendors; manage long‑lead items.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and teams; mentor and develop talent.
• Coordinate across field, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, and service groups for integrated execution.
• Identify and manage enterprise risks—operational, financial, contractual, and client-related.
• Prepare and present executive reporting on status, financials, risks, and strategies.
• Support business development and client retention through pursuits and relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
• Oversee closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes to ensure client satisfaction.
