Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the company’s largest, most complex electrical construction projects, aligning contract, schedule, and financial goals while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will mentor Project and Assistant Project Managers, coordinate across field operations, BIM, engineering, and service teams, and drive safety, quality, and margins on multi-phase, mission critical programs.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction or related PM roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing multi-phase or mission critical projects.
• Proven ability to lead contract strategy and change management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects and ensure contractual alignment.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary executive-level client relationship contact.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop team capabilities.
• Oversee procurement strategy for equipment, subs, and vendors.
• Coordinate with field ops, engineering, BIM, and service teams.
