Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex electrical construction programs. You will own the P&L, set execution strategies, and maintain executive-level client relationships.

You will mentor Project Managers, coordinate with field ops, BIM, and engineering to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards. Advanced certifications and PMP are preferred, with a strong focus on risk management and procurement.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years progressive experience in electrical construction or related project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L performance, including budget development, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement project and program-level execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as primary executive-level point of contact for clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders; build long-term client relationships.
• Lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation, risk evaluation, and resolution of complex change orders and disputes.
• Drive financial performance and cost control strategies to protect margins and productivity.
• Oversee procurement strategy for equipment, subcontractors, and vendors; manage long-lead items.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to strengthen organizational capability.
• Coordinate across field operations, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, and service for integrated execution.
• Identify and manage enterprise-level risks, including financial and operational risks.
• Lead executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and strategic considerations.
• Support business development through client retention and pursuit participation.
