Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs, owning P&L and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate across field teams, engineering, BIM, and procurement to execute strategic plans and foster client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years in electrical construction or related project environments, strong leadership, and proven ability to mentor junior PMs and manage executive-level client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ongoing professional development in leadership and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects ensuring alignment with schedule and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgets, forecasts, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as executive-level client contact and maintain long-term relationships.
• Mentor Project Managers and project teams to strengthen capability.
• Provide leadership across field operations, engineering, BIM, and procurement.
• Identify and manage enterprise risks and report on performance.
• Support business development and client retention efforts.
