ACC Recruiters is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for project performance, financials, client relationships, and team development, while coordinating with field leadership and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, risk, and change while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects.
• Significant experience within electrical construction or electrical contracting.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20 million or more and/or multiple large projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, systems, sequencing, and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, contracts, risk, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
