Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager III to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety and quality compliance while coordinating with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

Responsibilities include establishing project objectives, leading cross-functional teams, managing schedules and costs, and mentoring junior PMs. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in construction, finance, or project management.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience, handling $500k–$3M projects.
• Proven track record managing large electrical projects and NEC code knowledge.
• Certifications such as PMP are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary project leadership in partnership with internal teams.
• Evaluate scope and establish objectives, policies, and standards.
• Plan, organize, and staff key project positions with superintendents.
• Build and maintain client, architect, engineer, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor progress and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Manage project financials including costs, billing, cash flow, and profitability.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and EE standards.
• Mentor other project managers and staff as needed.
