Accounting Career Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large, complex electrical construction projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for performance, budgets, client relationships, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects.
• Experience on electrical construction or contracting projects valued at $20M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or multiple complex electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost controls, change management, and profitability.
• Develop project execution strategies and proactively manage risk.
• Coordinate with field leadership, clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and other project partners.
• Oversee electrical procurement, including major equipment and long-lead materials.
• Partner with field teams on manpower, sequencing, productivity, and scheduling.
• Provide oversight of electrical testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project team members.
• Provide senior leadership with updates on project performance, risks, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and successful project execution
