Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Leander, TX. You will lead the successful execution of multiple electrical data center projects, working closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in electrical data center construction, strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, and proficiency with PM software tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define scope, goals, deliverables; develop plans, schedules, budgets; conduct risk assessments.
• Team Management: Build and lead project teams; assign tasks; monitor performance and safety.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee execution; ensure safety and quality; track progress, budget, timelines.
• Change Management: Handle changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC procedures and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project docs and provide regular progress reports.
• Project Closure: Review performance and deliver final reports and invoices.
