The MCF Senior Project Engineer, Electrical will guide electrical design across complex data center projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with several engineering disciplines to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role supports a global practice with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10+ years related industry experience preferred.
• Mission critical / data center experience required.
• Registered professional engineer (PE) license or other professional certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for data center projects and guide junior staff.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to integrate design requirements.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget within the technical discipline.
• Mentor engineers and designers on project delivery and QA/QC processes.
• Develop design guides and technical memos for data center standards.
