Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate, GED accepted or equivalent.
• Experience: Four+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Specialized skills: Interpersonal relationship skills, communication, organization, and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians and supervise field personnel to complete projects on time, within budget, and safely.
• Lead crews including apprentices and journeypersons; delegate tasks to meet project objectives.
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
• Quality assurance and client satisfaction: review documents, resolve issues, and oversee project close-outs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel and report to supervision.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain required licensing and training requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
