Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.
• Specialized skills include high level interpersonal relationships, strong communication, organization, and technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: directly supervise multiple projects and on-site field supervisors.
• Project Planning: lay out work and schedule materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and budgets.
• On-Site Management: manage projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Document Review: review project documents and coordinate field installations; resolve construction issues.
• Customer Relations: develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
