Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage teams of electricians and supervise field personnel.
• Lead and manage crews including apprentices and journeypersons.
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and other stakeholders.
