Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to provide leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects in commercial and industrial sectors. You will oversee safe installations, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.

You will lead crews, schedule materials, ensure quality, and maintain client satisfaction while complying with SOPs and safety standards. Requires an electrical apprenticeship and 4+ years of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completed an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews of electricians and other trades to meet project goals.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and project documentation.
• Report to Field Supervisor or Project Manager.
