Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage teams of electricians. Complete projects on time, within budget, and safely.
• Lead and manage crews comprising apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, and lead persons.
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Quality assurance and client satisfaction: review project documents, ensure compliance, resolve construction difficulties, and oversee close-outs.
