Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks a General Superintendent to oversee multiple electrical projects and lead a team of 50+ employees on site. You will ensure safe installation, coordination, and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong supervisory, planning, and communication skills to manage complex commercial and industrial work with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise multiple projects and on-site personnel.
• Plan project layouts and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee on-site management to meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Review project documents and coordinate field installations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
