KFI Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and execution of electrical systems for large central energy projects. You will develop power distribution designs, size motor feeders, and coordinate MV/480V systems for industrial, utility, and campus applications.

You’ll prepare specs, review submittals, and support startup and commissioning while actively engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure scope and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• PE registration or willingness to pursue.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and supports power distribution systems (primary requirement) including sizing motor feeders and starters.
• Designs medium voltage and 480V power systems for industrial, utility, and building applications.
• Designs building power and lighting systems including protective devices, grounding, and UPS/GEN sets.
• Performs power system studies (load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, coordination).
• Prepares engineering documents and equipment specs to meet scope and codes.
• Reviews contractor and vendor submittals; approves equipment selections.
• Creates project plans and schedules; develops labor and cost estimates.
• Coordinates with other departments and subcontractors; provides field support and commissioning.
