KFI Engineers seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer (level IV) to lead design and delivery of large central plant projects within the Utilities & Central Energy group. This role focuses on power distribution, MV/480V systems, and coordinated design across disciplines, driving client satisfaction and project success.

The candidate will develop proposals, coordinate with teams, and may serve as project manager for complete projects, with opportunities for business development involvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering registration or willingness to pursue this designation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in design of electrical utility generation and distribution systems.
• Experience with Process, Instrumentation and Controls.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and supports power distribution systems (primary requirement).
• Designs medium voltage and 480V power systems for industrial, utility, and building applications.
• Prepares engineering documents and equipment specifications.
• Reviews contractor and vendor submittals and final equipment selections.
• Develops labor and cost estimates and manages scope/budget.
• Provides construction observation, startup and commissioning support for electrical systems.
