Axon is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware. This role offers remote eligibility and relocation assistance, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence at regional hubs in the U.S.

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates. As a founding member of our hardware team, you will shape the technical architecture, engineering standards, and drive hardware readiness from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• Experience with high-density, battery-powered or low-power systems.
• Experience delivering designs from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Develop mixed-signal schematics and drive PCB layout.
• Design RF systems and ensure coexistence across wireless tech.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Industrial Design for form factor.
• Bring up, characterize, and debug hardware with test equipment.
• Drive BOMs, documentation, and production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and review designs.
