Job summary

Axon seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware. As a founding member of the hardware team, you’ll shape architecture, lead cross-functional work, and drive hardware objectives to completion.

You’ll tackle schematics, PCB layout, RF coexistence, mechanical integration, and bring-up across cellular and RF domains, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience.
• Experience with PCB design and RF integration for highly integrated devices.
• Familiarity with Cadence tools and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and test using RF equipment.
• Collaborate across mechanical and industrial design for integration.
• Provide technical direction to team and partners.
• Drive production readiness from concept to mass production.
