Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware. You will drive the hardware lifecycle from concept through mass production and provide technical leadership to the team.

You will work across schematics, RF coexistence, mechanical integration, and debugging, supporting travel up to 50% and collaborating with partners across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience.
• Experience with PCB design and RF integration for highly integrated devices.
• Experience with high-speed, battery-powered or low-power systems.
• Proven ability to take electronics from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Design mixed-signal schematics and drive PCB layout across processors, RF, power, and memory.
• Design and validate RF systems and ensure coexistence and EMI compliance.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design for antenna integration and form factor.
• Bring up, characterize, and debug hardware with test equipment.
• Drive BOMs, design docs, verification, and readiness for mass production.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and external partners.
