Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of experience to perform front end design, ETAP modeling, and NEC-compliant calculations for industrial projects. You will prepare drawings, specs, and material take-offs, review vendor submittals, and support startup activities.

You will collaborate with discipline leads, ensure design quality, and contribute to project packages for procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical design and NEC standards.
• Able to size conductors, conduits, and overcurrent protection.
• Familiar with project specs, design criteria, and drafting standards.
• Experience with field data collection and startup support.

Responsibilities

• Perform front end electrical load studies and ETAP modeling.
• Produce construction specs and material take-offs.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals for electrical input.
• Provide field support and coordination during startup.
