Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an electrical engineer to perform front end load studies, ETAP modeling, and design reviews under supervision. You will prepare estimates, develop construction drawings, and ensure conformance to codes and project requirements.

Collaboration with multi-discipline teams is essential for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering degree (PE preferred), strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/MicroStation), and at least 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC and electrical design practices.
• Ability to size wire, conduit, and overcurrent protection.
• Experience creating electrical installation documents from vendor drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform front end electrical load studies and ETAP modeling under supervision.
• Produce preliminary designs and material take-offs for estimates.
• Check drawings for conformance to codes and specs; assist drafting team.
