Gradian Thermal Solutions in Maple Grove, MN, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical design of engineered liquid cooling solutions for data center applications. You will lead architecture, standards application, validation, and mentoring to ensure safe, compliant, and manufacturable designs for shippable units.

This role collaborates with Mechanical, Thermal, Controls, Test & Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to resolve interfaces and risks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical design or OEM product development.
• Ability to own electrical scope and make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, UL 508A, IEC 60204-1 and related standards.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing, supplier, certification, and customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Own electrical scope end-to-end from requirements to verification.
• Establish electrical architecture including power distribution and protection.
• Review and release complete electrical design packages.
• Mentor Electrical Engineers and lead technical reviews.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Thermal, Controls, and other teams to resolve interfaces.
