Gradian Thermal Solutions in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and integrate electrical hardware for chillers and heat rejection equipment. You will develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs while supporting prototypes and verification.

Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and controls teams; contribute to engineering documentation and test procedures. A 3–5 year background in electrical engineering is expected, with AutoCAD CAD tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD or CAD tools.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring practices.
• Ability to create BOMs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate electrical hardware for chillers and heat rejection equipment.
