Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical design of engineered liquid cooling solutions for data center applications. You will lead electrical architecture, enable safe and compliant designs, and mentor a team to deliver manufacturable, shippable units.

You will review supplier submittals, perform load calculations, ensure NEC/NFPA compliance, and partner across Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification teams to drive design excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning electrical scope end-to-end in industrial/OEM settings.
• Ability to size equipment, perform load and feeder calculations, and review submittals.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70/70E, UL 508A, IEC 60204-1, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical scope end-to-end from requirements through release and verification.
• Define electrical architecture, power distribution, safety circuits, and instrumentation for assigned products.
• Review and release complete electrical design packages including schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure design meets safety, reliability, and manufacturability goals.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Thermal, Controls, Test & Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.
