Stantec’s Buildings team in Phoenix seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer. You’ll lead multiple design projects, coordinate cross-discipline activities, and ensure high-quality electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale environments.

This role requires licensure as an Electrical Engineer in AZ/NM, extensive experience with NFPA standards, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and SKM/ETAP. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) in AZ or NM.
• 10 years of related experience in electrical engineering and power system design.
• Experience with NFPA 70/70E/72 and related codes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical lead and design manager on multiple projects.
• Establish project schedules and monitor design timelines.
• Coordinate cross-discipline design with architecture, mechanical, and tech teams.
• Prepare site analyses evaluating feasibility, constraints, and construction challenges.
• Produce detailed electrical documentation including layouts, plans, and schematics.
• Provide construction administration services and handle RFIs and submittals.
