Job summary

Stantec invites an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for building facilities, including power, lighting, and fire alarm systems. You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet regulatory standards and project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering is required
6+ years of electrical engineering design experience for diverse facilities

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering delivery for assigned projects from planning through construction
Develop and coordinate electrical models and drawings using Revit and BIM workflows
Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports for technical quality and constructability
Support client development and project opportunities in coordination with leadership
Mentor junior staff and guide teams to deliver high-quality design
