Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in building design.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design Electrical systems (high voltage, power distribution, power generation, energy storage, lighting, fire alarm) for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Prepare and adhere to budgeted hours for projects.
• Perform load calculations and develop system applications.
• Coordinate designs with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
• Maintain project files and calculations; ensure engineering design quality.
• Supervise on-site surveys and mentor staff on projects.
• Participate in client meetings regarding engineering systems.
