Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Industrial Power Systems and Distribution to join our Electrical Engineering team.

In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of low- and medium-voltage power systems for manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, mining, and other industrial facilities. You will work with clients, mentor junior engineers, and deliver projects from concept through startup and commissioning, including

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BSEE/BSEET required.
• 6+ years of electrical engineering in industrial facilities.
• Design experience for low- and medium-voltage distribution.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial design practices.
• Ability to travel 25–30% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power system design projects for industrial facilities.
• Develop construction packages including one-line diagrams, power plans, equipment layouts, conduit plans, cable schedules, and installation details.
• Design low- and medium-voltage distribution systems and related equipment.
• Perform electrical system analysis: arc flash, short circuit, protective coordination, load flow, and power system modeling.
