Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking an Electrical/Senior Electrical Engineer to join a top TMT practice. You will design electrical systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities, coordinating with clients, PMs, architects, and other disciplines.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills are required to guide junior engineers and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Qualifications include a PE license, a Bachelor's in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• PE license or EIT with intent to obtain PE; strong design experience.
• Experience with electrical design of data centers and mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for data center/mission critical projects from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, architects, and other disciplines to ensure reliable, scalable designs.
• Lead design meetings and drive electrical discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide construction support including site observations, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate workload across projects.
