Job summary

HDR is seeking an Electrical/Senior Electrical Engineer to join a top TMT practice. You will design electrical systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, producing feasibility studies, construction documents, and specifications. Preferred qualifications include a PE license, strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills, and prior experience in engineering consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license is required.
• Strong CAD skills including AutoCAD, Revit MEP; familiarity with SKM, AGI and EasyPower recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and other engineers to meet project goals.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts across projects.
• Lead design meetings and review technical work to ensure code compliance and constructability.
