Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking an Electrical/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our large TMT practice. The role focuses on electrical design for data centers and mission critical facilities, coordinating with clients, PMs, architects and other engineers.

Mentoring junior staff and leading project development are key elements. Required are a bachelor's degree in electrical/architectural engineering, PE license, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, AGI, and Easy Power.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• PE or P.Eng license required or in process.
• Experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting, power, and systems).
• Strong computer skills with AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for data center and mission critical projects.
• Coordinate work with multidisciplinary team and clients.
• Develop feasibility studies, construction documents, and specifications.
• Support construction with field observations and RFIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project workflow.
