SSOE Group is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Electrical Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of electrical systems for automotive and industrial facilities across the US. You will serve as a technical leader for power distribution, facility infrastructure, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience; 10+ years for senior level.
• Experience with automotive, battery manufacturing, and industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of medium- and low-voltage power systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and client-facing communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and execution of electrical systems for automotive, manufacturing, battery, and industrial facility projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead on projects of varying complexity and size.
• Develop electrical power distribution systems from utility service through facility distribution networks.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers while promoting technical excellence and quality standards.
• Support business development efforts including proposals and client presentations.
