Job summary

Socket.dev, on behalf of SelectLeaders, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to the Project Executive and drive project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction while leading multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate with the project team to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Lead preconstruction activities and client communications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor procurement and change orders.
