Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.

Candidates must meet education/experience requirements and be able to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project leadership experience in turnkey construction management.
• Deep knowledge of electrical infrastructure projects and safety programs.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change control across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget; ensure client turnover is achieved.
• Manage cost control, contingency planning, and risk mitigation across sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and action logs.
• Ensure QA/QC programs, accurate as-builts, and punch lists are completed.
• Advise on constructible solutions and contractor productivity improvements.
