Job summary

Eaton''s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. Travel up to 75% is required to support construction and project delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule, and budget, partnering with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of turnkey construction management experience.
• Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution with seven+ years of turnkey construction management experience; OR
• In lieu of degree, twelve (12) years of turnkey construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget; manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage contract obligations, subcontracts, and documentation per AIA and industry standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs.
• Coordinate multi-trade activities with engineering and design teams for constructible solutions.
• Oversee cost management, estimates, and subcontractor financial administration.
• Establish and maintain QA/QC programs, as-built documentation, punch lists, and progress reporting.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs including JSA, lockout/tagout, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead mobilization through project completion and contractor performance improvements.
