Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading EHS teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health and Safety programs and systems for the site in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Manage and develop the EHS team, including policy administration, planning, and performance follow-up.
• Oversee required training, audits, and regulatory reporting for ISO EHS and related programs.
• Develop and track KPIs, communicate actions, and drive continuous improvement of EHS processes.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions to improve site performance.
