Job summary
Veolia North America is seeking a Manager of Health & Safety to lead the implementation of core Management Systems and H&S programs across assigned operations. You will train, coach, and monitor the workforce to uphold high safety and compliance standards and collaborate with site teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, chemistry, environmental science, or water resources.
- 5+ years experience with Management Systems and/or H&S programs.
- Working knowledge of EPA/OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Experience in industrial environments managing health and safety programs.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems or Six Sigma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor safety, compliance, and performance across projects.
- Develop a proactive H&S culture with field and office teams.
- Lead incident investigations and RCA for program improvements.
- Assist audits and inspections; prepare reports and action plans.
- Coordinate training and skill gap analyses for H&S programs.
- Support site H&S coordinators and project managers to resolve safety issues.
