Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Health & Safety to oversee the implementation of core Management Systems and H&S programs across assigned operations. You will train, coach, and monitor workforce to maintain high safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role involves incident investigations, policy development, and collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; major in safety, chemistry, environmental science, water resources preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Management Systems and/or Health & Safety programs.
• Working knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations; DOT knowledge is a plus.
• ISO management systems coursework or certification is a plus.
• Supervisory/management coursework is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and promote a proactive H&S culture across projects and sites.
• Investigate incidents (incl. near-misses) and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Management Systems and H&S programs.
• Coordinate training and assessment of skill gaps; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with PMs, safety coordinators, and other departments.
