Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Site Safety Manager to oversee safe, compliant operations across multiple locations. You will lead health, safety, environmental and security programs, investigate incidents, and ensure adherence to Veolia's standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong OSHA knowledge, and experience delivering safety training. Proficiency with MS Office and safety software is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational or environmental health strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing and coordinating safety programs and delivering safety training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Site Health, Safety, environmental and Security Program for multiple locations.
• Investigate unsafe conditions and incidents, perform inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure sites comply with Veolia’s Health & Safety Standards and applicable laws.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective actions for incidents.
• Develop and review site-specific safety SOPs and JSA documents.
